BUDDING CHEFS: COOKING FOR ALL AGES

Do you love getting your hands full of flour, rolling up your sleeves to create a tasty new dish? This hands-on cooking is for you. The 2019 dates and class themes are being created, catering to all ages-children, teens and adults. New addition will be Summer Camp series.  Classes will have multiple locations , Chelsea and Ann Arbor, MI. Visit the Workshop page often for new dates and details

Oh yeah, Summertime is here! The season of fresh squeezed lemonade, backyard grilling, and s'mores by the campfire. Enjoy time with family and friends.

August 2019: 
It's almost canning time.  Make sure you have everything on hand you need for canning day.

September 2019: 
Back to school!  Look for great lunches and snacks that are healthy and easy to pack.

October 2019: 
Halloween is just around the corner.  Pull out the decorations and get the costumes ready.

Workshops & Events

Monday, October 28th (1-4pm):  "Health & Wellness Fair"-Washtenaw Community College, Morris Lawrence Building

WCC Human Resources hosting a "kick-off" to their 2020 Open Enrollment for all their staff and administrators.  Activities include: vendor displays, carnival-type games, flu shots, chair massages, food, etc.  Look for the Live in Balance Consulting display.  I'll be there for mini-consultations.  Come say "Hi"!

 

Saturday, November 2nd (10am-11:30am):  "COMMUNITY BARRE!", Kerrytown

Adrianne Madias, Owner-The Barre Code, Ann Arbor, gets us started with one of her mini-Barre power sessions. Then, let's get social at the Farmer's Market with Monica Gobba, Owner-Live in Balance Consulting. She chats about why local is best-nutrition, sustainability, and community support. Finish strong with a complimentary wine tasting at Ann Arbor's finest, Cherry Republic. It's all about homegrown and local. MEET UP 10am: COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL, basketball court (400 N.
